The directors are responsible for the membership in their regions. If a member becomes seriously ill, has a serious accident, retires, dies, has a death in their immediate family, gets married, or has a baby; it is the responsibility of the director to ensure that appropriate acknowledgement is extended.

To-date, acknowledgements have not been consistent. It is hoped that the following guidelines will ensure that all members receive equal acknowledgement of memorable events which occur in their lives.
