As a direct result of the CEP Raid on CULE Ontario the employer has chosen to delay the start of negotiations with CULE. CULE members across the country are all thus forced into a holding pattern in regard to this round of negotiations until the OLRB decisions are complete. More information will follow soon.

Your Executive informs 31 votes were counted – 3 additional votes are in dispute – the result: CULE-16, CEP-15. A hearing will take place on June 2, 2010 to determine the regional outstanding issues. More information to follow.
