Further to the contact made by CULE with a representative of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regarding the tax implications for CULE members who will be attending the upcoming Convention:

The CRA has advised us that the days of Convention and the travel to and from the Convention, wherever it may be, is a non-taxable activity which can be accessed by CULE members.

This will serve as the call-out to all CULE members interested in submitting Resolutions to the CULE Convention. In preparation for the CULE Convention, a merger committe, consisting of 2 Executive members, 2 CULE I members, 2 CULE II members and 1 NEU member is being struck.

4 CULE I members have put their names forward to be on the committee and a vote among CULE I members only will take place.
